A bit off our irregular posts..... I have a question for you blogger whizzes?

My question is this how do you make those cute multi -facet pictures and use it as a HTML button to advertise/ invite people to your blog?  I spent two hours online last night trying to figure it out and still don't know. I am a self taught computer person, so my technical language is slim.  Thanks for any and all help, I'd just like a cute button/ picture to send to people who ask for the link to our blog.  Isn't it wonderful that I can say I'm still learning*wink* and not be ashamed to admit it, LOL!!!!

I am with you. I can't make a button or link very well. It took me a year to figure out how to put music on my blog. Thank goodness people offer free backgrounds for blogs and give step by step directions. LOL

I struggle with all that too. I can't hardly even place my photos right without a stray word appearing where I don't want it. I really don't kow what you mean by html button, so I am worse off than you!! LOL.

Are you using html or a widget?

WWRWH,
Actually I'm NOT sure what it is called, it's the box/ picture of something( of our farm stuff or animals) that people can post on their blogs, as a link to ours. I'm NOT up on all this terminology. Hey I didn't know what a blog was until alittle over a year ago. I know I lead a sheltered life, especially when it comes to computer and cellphone stuff *wink*
Just remember I AM computer challenged, self taught thus far, so go slow..... and gentle, LOL!!!!
Blessings,
Kelle

Nekkid chicken,
I'm doing well, getting a bit overwhelmed with the garden stuff, it's ALL coming due at one time but it is a blessing to have it produce so well too*wink* Of course life has it's "Life Happens" moments on top of "change of life" issues, so things can get hairy*wink* Thanks for asking and glad your stopping in to chat!
Blessings,
Kelle

Are you wanting just the image, or the way to link it, as well? I have a photo editing software that allows me to do so many things with images. If you want the code, let me know, and I'll email it to you.

I used this one to make mine. Took a bit of tweaking but it worked.
