I hate to push you, but McCain does have a bill trying to shut down this sort of market, so stock up, learn quickly and begin growing your own herbs, making your own remedies, tinctures, infusions, oils, teas and salves.

I highly recommend a book called "Practical Herbalism" by Philip Fritchey. It has wonderful photos of the herbs you can find in your backyard or woods, what ailments they're used for, and how to process them into a tincture, tea or salve. Priceless info in this book. My budding herbalist, oldest daughter's favorite book! I'm so glad we have this book. It will still be mandatory for us to have health insurance & we'll be fined like $1200 a month if we don't have it & the IRS has been recruited to make sure we have it.
